"Chairs are good but the movie experience gets ruined when sound from the neighboring movies bleeds into your theater. Every quite part in the movie was riddled with simple dialogue from the movie to our left, it wasn't like it was just explosions and big sounds. Dialogue was making it through the walls so there was constant noise throughout our movie."

"The concessions supervisor (big guy with long hair) was rude and appeared to be over whelmed with his job. On a busy afternoon there should be enough staff to manage all concessions areas including the bar. I asked about bar service instead of addressing me directly, he tells the cashier to “tell him not now” and goes on about his business. He literally could have walked over and serviced the bar himself but I guess that would have been going above and beyond. Do Better!"

"My wife and I went to see the Taylor Swift movie, and had Reese deliver our popcorn and drinks to our seat. Not only did he bring the popcorn to our seat, but he also made sure we got posters and friendship bracelets . The whole time he was smiling and just super friendly. Definitely one of the best costumer service experiences I have have ever had."

"A 4/5 experience watching Oppenheimer in IMAX here, the seats were kind of comfortable, but at times the sound was too loud inside the theatre to the extent that some dialogue in the film sounded garbled. Long story short, the acoustics inside can be better. Their popcorn, snacks and drinks collection is pretty eclectic. It’s located inside Concord Mills in Concord, north of Charlotte. There’s ample mall parking available outside. If you’re looking for a perfect IMAX experience, I’d recommend to keep looking."

"It’s been a long time since I been to concord, now I see what I’ve been missing. I love the relaxing of the seats. Doesn’t matter who’s in front of you, you can still see the screen. Highly recommend."
