"Went to get Buffalo Trace after a friend of mine had gotten a bottle and told me that it was finally back in stock. I get there and the short gentleman behind the counter denied me the sale. Why is this something that I have to ask for? It's completely ridiculous, I should be able to walk in and get what I want. Not ask and then be rudely denied."

"As I walked in the store the two ladies behind the counter proceeded to engage in their detailed conversation. bubbly me said hi as always and they just kept on talking. I went over to the bourbon to look for my special brand but was they were out. Which is usually likely because Buffalo Trace and Blanton's is only brought around every 3 months. I wanted to ask them when the truck was coming around again but they were so engaged in their conversation I didn't want to bother them. I walked right in front of them out the front door and not one word on was there anything we can help you with or have a nice day. Instead they kind of looked at me like I had two heads. My opinion that was pretty rude. I will be going to another ABC store in the future and not that one."
