"I went to this location in search of a new mattress and was immediately greeted by salesman Richard. He was extremely patient and accommodating. He never made me feel rushed and encouraged me to take my time. He walked through different pricing options with me and was extremely helpful. I am very happy with my purchase and he made it stress free. Exceptional customer service!"

"Hot Rod was the man! We walked in and he greeted us right away with a smile. We gave him a small description of what we were looking for and he led us to a couch we were pretty much sold on right away. We ended up needing a smaller version of that couch and he new exactly what would be the best option for us. We went in thinking it would take us days to find our perfect couch, but with Rods help, we were there for maybe 30 minutes. He is the best!!!! If you visit rooms to go, definitely ask for him!"

"Walked in to Rooms to go to purchase a dining table. Saw a beautiful white table for 688 with 4 chairs. The sales guy Rod Velazco came over and told me to look at the 1500 dollar table I told him I have a price range. He stated that I should look at the outlet store since they are damaged and cheaper. My response to him was is he calling me cheap. His answer was “Well”. Very uncalled for he would’ve made money if he just let me purchase the table I was originally interested in. Anyway I went to the outlet store and had a great experience so 0/10 so not recommend this place. Check out the outlet 10/10 recommended."
