She’s been their customer for 20 YEARS and had never missed a payment. My insurance agent (out of Charlotte) said what they’re doing is a complete sham and they’re just trying to get of paying a claim. Taking advantage of and screwing over elderly people is deplorable. These folks should be ashamed."
