"Horrible service! Booked Tre Lowery thru booksy at the Prosperity Church Rd location. Tre is the worst most unprofessional barber. He pushed my sin hairline back so far. When any master barber woukd have known you cannot cut every client the same way, would have known to ghost line bring the hairline down not back and at most do an enhancement. Our appointment was at 12pm called Tre advised I was running behind we agreed on 12:30 because he still had some one in the chair. Tre didn’t start my sons cut until after 2pm! The fact that he messed up had no remorse and tried to blame the last barber who we never had an issue with other than he has relocated really disappointed me. The lack of empathy. We all know a man’s hair cut means a lot! Tre gave not one care! If you want your hairline pushed back please book with Tre! "Place is nice and clean. And I’m sure there are good barbers at this place. But in two occasions, I had less than impressive experience. One time, this barber spent less than 10 min. You know when someone puts their heart and mind into what they do. Sure enough I was not happy with my haircut. I paid $20 +$5 tip, which is a fair price. In my 2nd experience, I completely avoided that barber and asked another dude if he can cut my hair. He said he was going to order food and will be right back. At this point I had waited a good 2 hours. I waited for the guy for another 45 min. I was very frustrated and eventually left without getting a hair cut. If he had said he is on a break, I can understand. This was total disregard to a customer. You are in service business and if you don’t get it right soon, you are in trouble. Customers have choices. I wish you well. Edit July 2023: I understand this place has new owners now. My previous review applies only to the previous owners and my experience with them. To be fair, I have not been to this place since it changed hands."

"Scotty did a great job on my two year old! He did a awesome job entertaining my son & remained calm unlike most barbers whenever they cut a two year olds hair when they sometimes move around. I love my sons haircut will definitely be coming back"

He is also great with kids. I am so thankful that I chose this location for my son’s first hair cut. We will surely be back."
