"I recently had an unfortunate experience at this barbershop, specifically with one particular barber. The light-skinned barber in question seemed more interested in engaging in casual conversations with his colleagues than paying attention to his client’s need. I found myself trying to communicate my preference and desired style, but my words seemed to fall on deaf ears as he continued chatting away. To make matters worse, when I finally saw the result of his work, I was upset with the poor quality of the job he had done especially on my mustache. It was clear that he hadn’t paid attention to the details, resulting in a subpar outcome. In addition, his attitude throughout the process was unprofessional. I left the shop feeling dissatisfied with the service, my cut and overall attitude displayed."

"Atmosphere is great the owner's and manager are very professional my issue is If you don't have an appointment you won't get seen by certain barbers I can't speak for all of them. Every time I tried to get a haircut by my preferred barber which used to be Nate he tells me he is booked up with appointments or about to leave. I actually gave up on him and started going to DR Stylo...I tried to get a haircut one last time today because my new barber is on vacation and once again he turned me down! At this point I'm starting to believe he must have some hidden agenda with me he is obviously not a good business man . I still take my son's there to get haircuts by Marcus Rivens I never have any issue's with getting my kids haircut he always makes time and never turns me down and is very professional unlike Nate.. But overall its definitely skilled barbers and a great atmosphere!"
