"I have to be honest, I’ve had to deal with them more in the last year than I would’ve ever wanted to (nobody wants to have a reason to) but they’ve always been so helpful and quick with homeowners to car claims! I’ve dealt with everyone from the Soddy Daisy office and they have been so kind up to the people at the claims department. "Slow reaction gave me the run around. One of there insured backed into my parked Cadillac and totaled it. Refused to give me a rental. Tried to send me to there Hack alot body shop to cut on my car and rig it. (Tony's in soddy) I demanded a professional look at it. And yes told me it cant be fixed correctly. I'm sure the feed back from them will be not sure who you are........watch out for these people"
