"This is my second time that I decided to come as a customer to this location. I am a black female. The last time i had the owner Pamel to do my eyebrows. He did such a good job i came in today with no appointment. When I came in around 2:50pm there was just one barber and a teenage boy customer sitting in the chair. He was cutting his hair. I asked for the owner but he stated that he was not there. I asked the young barber does he do eyebrows and he stated yes. So, I waited and waited and he was still cutting the boys hair. Around 3:30pm it started to get busy and kids getting out of school. I was still waiting but there was no customer service for me. Another guy came in and he sat down however the owner came from the back and spoke to the African American male customer and he went into the chair. Guess what I was still waiting. I just got up and left because apparently unless you know someone hispanic that works there you are not going to get help. The owner seems nice but I was really disappointed because there was no asking ma'am can I help you."

"The number two Dominican guy is terrible, not the big boss, the one who doesn't have a beard, doesn't know how to treat hair, you ask for a haircut and he gives you another, he doesn't look Dominican. Don't go with him"

"My both my son's and all four of my nephews and husband has been going to Pamel since he was on lawyer's rd he's the best barber hands down my son's won't even go to another barber cause nobody gonna get them right like him we have even sat in others chair at Pamel shop and they are great too but our loyalty for Pamel and his work speaks volumes"
