"Horrible communication and customer service. I have been here several times and they have always been accommodating and welcoming. I called today to make sure I can still come in around 5-5:30 because I am getting out of work late. The lady assured me that today was walk in day and that I didn’t need to make a reservation, and that they were opened until 6pm. I was worried but what she said was very reassuring. When I got to the location at 5:30, the door was already locked and a guy telling they are closed. He wouldn’t even listen to my plea. He just kept staring me off and telling me to leave cause they are closed. I wasted a trip out here, if they could not fit me in today, they should have just told me so. This is so unprofessional, I will never come back here again! And I will never recommend this location or any other Supecuts to anyone else!"

"Google should have a 0 stars option for this place. I asked for layers and the blonde lady (not trying to be rude but I don’t remember her name) who cut my hair had no idea of what layers mean. As you can see she cut the front super short and uneven and didn’t touch the back at all. She asked her coworker to help her because she wasn’t good cutting the front… her co worker started to help her until another customer came in. Then he was giving her instructions on how to cut my hair… Also she kept saying “please come back on Tuesday so my co worker Cathy can fix this and she won’t charge you”… I will never go to a supercuts again in my life…"
