"I had a great experience today at Arrow! It was my first visit and it was nice to relax and have a beer before my haircut. Melanie did a great job and really took her time with me which I appreciated! I’ve been looking for a couple of years where to get my haircut whenever my aunt can’t do it for me and I think I finally found the place. Definitely recommend coming here since it’s a great balance of not being overpriced but also provide great quality haircuts and professional and friendly ambiance. Thanks again Melanie!"

"My son had a low quality haircut from an untrained professional. The hair stylist (Melanie) took a chunk of his hair as you can see on the photo. We asked the manager if she step in to help with the situation, but asked me to come back hours later. We never went back to Arrow. No apologies whatsoever."
