"I will never shop at a "goodwill* again, they make billions off donations, and charge the needy over inflated prices! It's shameful! I now only donate directly to shelters, or smaller privately owned thrift stores. Same with purchasing."

"Now let me tell y’all something. I’m an avid thrifter and I have been almost all goodwill stores in Charlotte and other towns close to it. This Goodwill store branch is my favorite (followed by the goodwill store in Shelby, NC) go-to branch for overall cleanliness, less crowded, and quality of products being sold. The staff are friendly and very accommodating. Overall, this Goodwill branch is a fantastic place to shop while also giving back to the community."

"I may not always find anything good(such is the way of thrifting), but I always have pleasant interactions with the staff! Otherwise the store is generally clean, and as organized as the staff can keep it with people in and out. My favorite goodwill location."

"Absolute worst goodwill I’ve ever been to in my entire life. Talk about DIRTY, NASTY, floors.. products… clothes.. ew. Don’t even get me started on the EMPLOYEES, disrespectful, ghetto, cursing, unprofessional, rude, extremely unhelpful, they basically act like working there is so excruciating painful to their existence they would rather be anywhere but there. Oh and don’t think for one second if you have an issue you can bring it to the managers attention, the store manager will literally say anything to shut you up and doesn’t actually DO anything for you. Instead they’d rather just ask the customer not to come back bc that’s much easier than actually MANAGING their people and their business. I hope this place burns down."

"Listen I never leave reviews…. But babyyyyy when I tell y’all that this is my lil spot. Please believe me. Ok back to my review. I walked in and I was looking around, not seeing much and boom out the peripheral of my eye I see this rich velvet loveseat staring at me. When I went to look at it. I was in aww of how beautiful it was and then I found out it just came in from target and they literally had just put it on the floor. I’m so thankful I listened to the thrifting Gods and stopped by yesterday. I love my new couch. It’s gonna give my home office a pop of color."
