"The store was very well cleaned and maintained. All of the items such as toppings ,cheeses and sauces were available and also their pesto sauce base is amazing.I got a Large pizza with veggies on it and white sauce drizzle and it was cooked to perfection with edges being slightly crispy and the cheese melting correctly. The staff were very quick in servicing their customers during peak dinner time and would definitely recommend this location of blaze for any one who want to try pizza with as many different toppings as possible."
"We were excited to eat here. What a fun idea, BYOPizza? Having worked in the QSR industry for many years, I also understand how incredibly bored it can get when there is a trickle of customers and didn’t begrudge the staff for being cloistered in a booth to the left of the entrance. We also did have someone come up to help us on the other side fairly quickly, but they neither greeted us nor spoke up when I told them this was our first time and to ask how it worked. Then when my kid ordered a BYO, the same staff member chose to ‘quickly’ make the pizza of a customer that came after us and then began to take her order although she was standing there being ignored. I brushed it off, again it’s 5 pm on a Sunday I get perhaps they’re chilling after a rush or before an expected rush. There was only one gentleman who even offered a slight smile and was kind while making my BBQ Chkn pizza. He had on gloves and a black cap, taller lighter skinned gentleman. Once it was time to pay, another staff member chose to start counting the drawer instead of letting me pay and even though there was a group of staff congregated around the pizza oven, the same gentleman who made my pizza stopped making pizza and came to assist me in paying. Overall, the pizza was ok, cuts were haphazard, and the ambience of the place could be so amazing and instead, from the moment we walked in we felt like a nuisance or a need to go elsewhere. I even asked if they were meant to be closed or we were coming in at a bad time, thats how painful this experience was! I don’t think I’ll be back to this location and I truly hope the staff that chose to flirt, mess around, and stare but not help us would consider treating the incoming customers like they exist rather than pests. I’m hoping other Blaze Pizza’s don’t suffer the same apathy."
"This was our first time at a Blaze Pizza and we really loved it. Alane was so patient and super nice navigating us through the experience and making suggestions. He is the number one reason we will be back! The best part...as soon as the line was empty him and his coworker started cleaning the tables and drink area which I so appreciate from any restaurant! Way to go Blaze and great job having phenomenal employees! 09/27/2023"
"I usually LOVE blaze pizza. This location however has really poorly trained staff who have absolutely no knowledge and no skill. It was my first time here today and I ordered a half Buffalo and half balsamic.. the whole pizza is soaked in balsamic. It is also still raw. The girl made it who was sweet and polite.. however, the next guy who made it was not only rude and unresponsive but seemed indifferent to his work. You can also see the raw capsicum that made the entire pizza bitter. Had to end up trashing it. This, after me specifically telling him that I’m taking it to go, please be mindful as it didn’t look like he was making a good pizza. I’m very disappointed and am going to ensure neither me nor anyone I know comes back here."
