"I won’t recommend this place, they lie about the insurance. They charge a lot of money and tells you that your insurance is suck, the dentist office is awful. They rip me off with to fillings for kids, more than 400 dollars. Of course I have to pay that price because they don’t work with my insurance, but the Dentist office tells they do work with my insurance….. LIES!!!!!!!"

"Absolutely the best out of all my years having dental work done. They listen to your wants and needs and not what they want to do! I have horrible anxiety and they make sure I’m comfortable and give me breaks to make sure I’m ok. He doesn’t jump around to 3 or 4 patients, you are his only focus so you have all his attention without being interrupted. I feel like family with them and they feel the same with me. Pamela be on me like a duck on a junebug making sure I’m doing what I’m supposed to be doing before and after appointments, she will call and text from her personal cell to make sure you have what you need and have full understanding of information. Dr. P and all the assistance have the patience of Jobe and I couldn’t be more thankful and comfortable in their chair. The facilities are state of the art and clean. The dental work I’m having done is a process and I’m not the least bit nervous when I go, they know my issues and they are prepared to make me comfortable. If you have a fear of going to a dentist, go to Premiere, I promise you will taken care of without any judgement."

"I contacted the office a few months ago and my husband was seen for a routine cleaning. Pam seemed so kind and pleasant plus both my husband and son stayed they had a decent experience. Later I decided to make my minor daughters routine cleaning appointments they are in braces. We completed the paperwork and then I was asked to go into a room to call the insurance because payment was pending from my husband and son. I called Pam faxed the information when they stated the documentation she received informed her that it needed to be emailed. That was an easy fix! I let them know we had a concern about a baby tooth that hadn’t come out yet. While waiting she asked if I wanted to schedule an appointment and I scheduled my other daughter. Later the girls came out from their cleaning but the dentist never came out to discuss anything with us or how the cleaning went only the hygienist who scheduled a follow up for sealants. I honestly thought he came out because I went to the back with her to schedule but later found out he didn’t which I was pretty upset about. After their cleaning appointment we immediately went back to the orthodontist to get the wires back on and he faxed them a X-ray in questioning plus gave me a copy which I emailed plus called and let a message. I’ve made several calls because I would like their records still no response. I canceled all appointments moving forward!"

The dentist-Dr.Mark Pellitier did a great job and did so almost completely painless fashion. His staff acted very professionally and special thanks to Ms. Pam for facilitating getting approval from a third party. A very good overall experience! Very kind and caring people.."
