"Some of my starter locs were cut into, damaged, and one of my back locs was completely cut off. It was small yes, but there could've been a question asked if unsure what I wanted to do with that small back loc. My hair was in a mohawk. I messaged about the issue but sadly got no response. I'm disappointed and honestly shouldn't have had to ask not to cut into my locs. Attention to detail is not something I should've had to worry about when I've been coming to the shop for nearly a year with my loose natural hair. I'm a little heartbroken I had to get my loctician to crochet my other locs all back with no guarantee they'll be ok in the long run but also I'm disappointed in Anthony for no response back to my message."

"Had a great experience beginning with the phone call. Everything was clean and nice at the shop, immediately greeted when I arrived and introduced to my barber now "TONE DA BARBER". He did an amazing job on my haircut and he walked me through every step and most importantly he listened to my concerns and worked to achieve the look I wanted. Shampoo was nice and relaxing. All I needed was a glass of wine. Overall I love the service and professionalism of everyone. Great location. I look forward to seeing the next location in the near future. You got this!!
