"Our last experience here will be the reason we don’t return, but we’ve had issues across multiple visits. Our main complaint is their scheduling system - twice we’ve made appointments and shown up to be told our appointment is at a different time with a different person. What’s the point of having an app if you’re going to change the time and the stylist at the last minute? Since I have the confirmation emails I know it’s not an issue on our end, it’s an issue with the shop. At our last visit we showed up to be told Amy wasn’t there and our appointments had been moved later. They finally agreed to cut their hair once we showed the confirmations, but in hindsight we should have just left. We showed the stylist pics, but not only did the cuts look nothing like the pics, the cut was so uneven, which of course was impossible to tell with all the product she put in. Lesson learned - we really should not have returned after the last issue but this was the final straw. We won’t be back."
