"orrible experience so far with this office. I had been a client with another company for 20+ years. I decided to shop around after my insurance increased with this other company. I approached State Farm and worked with Hunter. I was quoted homeowners insurance and automobile. The quote appeared very reasonable on the homeowners and was high on the auto. Hunter explained that I had a recent claim on my auto that appeared in the system as a accident claim. It was actually an error on part of my previous company. I bought both policy's with the belief that I would be getting a lower auto once I had the error corrected. I got the error corrected and notified Hunter that I had this completed. Shortly after that I received a updated policy on my homeowners for a higher amount than I was quoted. When I called Hunter to ask why I had the higher policy, and follow up on the auto, I was told that according to the system I had misstated the type of siding that was on my home. He said that it appeared that I had cedar siding even though I stated that I had vinyl siding. My house is covered in vinyl siding and always has been. He stated that he would get in touch with the underwriters and get this corrected. After waiting for a phone call back from him, two weeks, I finally reached out to him again to get a answer on my auto insurance and the homeowners. No apology for not getting back with me and then starts telling me that the car report was just corrected and the underwriters were reviewing it and that now the reason for my homeowners increase was due to a old claim I had filed that they did not see when they originally wrote my policy. I have never filed a claim on my homeowners policy on this or any other house. He proceeded to tell me that according to this system they look at that I had filed a claim in 2019. Now I am supposed to get a letter of experience from my previous company to get them to correct this. I highly recommend that you steer clear of this company and this agency in particular. I feel that I was mislead from the start and now I cannot get a call back from them. They are not very professional and I cannot recommend them."
