"Keep getting letters in the mail saying my policy will be canceled cause i haven't paid. When I go on the app its been paid and its not due for another month. Then somehow they take money out when its not on auto pay and they have taken 2 payments out a month sometimes. I will be going somewhere else. I do NOT recommend having progressive, go somewhere else."

"I opened a new motorcycle policy with them which was $407 per month for full coverage. And by the end of the first month I purchased the same coverage for 1/2 the price with allstate. Then I sent in my cancelation request well ahead of time and they still billed me for another $407. I contacted them and they said that they can only refund me for $315 and there's nothing I could do, even though I went through their process and they proceeded to charge me anyways. I feel like I was scamed, I do not recommend to anyone."

"I have had a policy through progressive for over a decade and they have always done me right. The best premiums for the price, and friendly people. The one time I was in an accident, they got me a rental car and within 2 weeks had cut me a check so I could purchase a new vehicle. I have had the others guys, like the gecko, and they were so much more expensive and didn't offer the same friendly customer services or policies. You need to go talk to flow. You will not regret it."
