"I got the platinum membership from AAA. The first time I tried to use it I was told the wrecker would be there in 1 hour. I received a call after 1 hour saying it would be another 2-3 hours. I called a local and got towed in 30min. I was told I would be reimburse from AAA but it was denied. The second time I called for a wrecker the same thing happened after 1 hour they told me it would be another 2 hours. I called a local and got pulled out of the ditch. Again the reimbursement was denied. AAA is completely useless. Save your money. I am no longer a member of their poor service"
