"This is a nice store but the grooming team is the worst. It feels like they don’t want to work, they keep finding excuses to cancel appointments for the dogs every time we bring the dogs for service. One time they refused to do the grooming for our little one because she got they said she got some allergy, I took her to the vet and he could not find anything, then we call again to reschedule and same lady said they were not more appointments available but we went online and booked without problem, next day they cancelled because this lady did not show up for work. Our other dog got the grooming and they cut his facial hair so much that I had to take him to the vet because they made him bleed on both sizes of the face. Please don’t waste your time and money taking your dogs for grooming here, if you are going to give them a bath you can do it here at the self-service bath area, it’s nice and easier but take your babies to a professional groomer, don’t make them go through a rough experience here."
