"Food was great. Service was ok. It's seat yourself. After sitting for about 5 minutes we got our own menus. Five minutes later we asked someone for service and were told we shouldn't have gotten our own menus. There were a few people in there but not overly busy."
"Went here on our lunch break and waited for 45 minutes for our food with no word from our waitress. Finally had to ask a different waitress why people who had been seated after us were already finishing their meal. She said there was a glitch in the tickets going into the kitchen and it would be another 10-15 minutes. Our waitress brought out our food and apologized again. The manager came around and said our food was free! Our waitress wasn't very attentive but the food was absolutely delicious (I recommend the ribeye steak sandwich and buffalo chips!)Thought it was wonderful of them to take care of our bill! I will keep returning!"
"Had a good experience, seat yourself, on a Friday night and not TOO busy (which I like). Server came over quick and was very nice (good service as well). Steak sandwhich was great and wife enjoyed her burger. Great selection of sides. Artichoke dip was a delicious appetizer. My only ding would be that it was pretty dark, but other than that everything was great including the prices. Will definitely be coming back here"
"It was our first time and food was GREAT. Service (even though she was friendly) was NOT acceptable! We placed our order and NEVER saw her after. Had to ask another waitress for our check!!! Will definitely go back but hopefully better service. Hubby's sweet potato fries were cool but we couldn't tell anyone! Needed more dipping sauce but couldn't tell anyone! It was busy, but not THAT busy!"
"Decided to stop here for lunch on our way out of state. I ordered a bacon Mushroom Burger, and my wife did the chicken tenders, we both got fries. We shared an order of the mozzarella sticks. The appetizer was great. The mozzarella was well cooked and stringy. My burger was well done, bacon and mushrooms fresh, overall quite delicious. My wife said the tenders were crispy and well cooked. Our fries were hot and fried just right! Wait staff was very friendly and while as a whole it appeared to be moderately busy, there was always someone present in the dinning area if you needed something but we did not need to call anyone over as we were checked on regularly. Overall, it was a great experience and will stop again if we're in the area."
