"Im going on vacay tomorrow and wanted to get a cut today. I Had an apt with Darren scheduled almost a week ago, and 3 hours beforehand he tried rescheduling to tomorrow after i leave. I tried re scheduling for the same time today and got it re-re scheduled, i tried calling directly and couldnt get through, and now i have to find a new barber. That being said, dude did my hard part sloppy anyway so its probably for the best EDIT: i see someone replied to my review but it got cut off. My boy, i understand things come up in life. The way you or he (whoever im talkin to) went about it was on some goofy ish though. You / he could’ve called or text me directly instead of just changing it and hoping i was cool with it. OR MAYBE HAVE A PHONE THAT WORKS when people call. Its almost 2023 and you / he still dont have a working phone when operating a business? Bruh… Also, the hard part WAS sloppy, and im not takin that back. Only reason i even considered comin back to the shop in the first place was bc of location"

"At 1:30pm the day before, I booked an appointment for 9:00am the next day. I arrived a couple minutes early and was asked if I was waiting for Darren. I said yes and sat down. A couple other customers walked in and one of them started getting their hair cut. I was still waiting at 9:25am and the second of the other customers was getting ready for their haircut. I collected my stuff and started walking out without getting a haircut. The barber that spoke to me before asked me if I had an appointment. I said yes and shared the time it was scheduled for. He asked if I called Darren. I told him I didn't have his number. He asked if I wanted him to call him. I said I had somewhere to be at 10:00am and left. I was hoping to find a barber within walking distance. Looks like I'll have to find another place a bit farther away. Very unfortunate, but it is what it is."
