"Thee most GHETTO store on Guess Rd. 1st visit months ago the store was being robbed of beer by some random guy. The cashier threatening the man to put it back with hand on hip as if he had a gun. Second visit loitering so bad your getting asked for handouts by the locals from the near by budget motels. They constantly wait for unsuspecting patrons to get out their cars, my very LAST visit the cashier's at night have serious attitudes. The big gay guy with the ponytail and pot belly who works nights, rude, sarcastic and disrespectful! Don't stop here. Better luck next door at the BP Station"

"I was overcharged for a 12 pack of white claws. I didn't realize until after I was charged. So I went back to double check the price and confirmed I was overcharged. When I informed the attendant she immediately caught attitude and tried to flip it asked well why didn't you say something before. Total lack of customer service skills and absolutely rude. Absolutely no interest in fixing the problem. Not the first time of rudeness from this individual but this was unbelievable. Especially based on the fact that I spend money regularly there."

"the people that work there are very friendly, but the food has gotten worse over time. they are frying the chicken early in the morning (like before 7 am) and by lunch it is dried out and not hot. i kept trying to figure out why the food was bad, untill i went one morning and saw the chicken for lunch already cooked! The food isn't cheap so I wasted my money. the hot dogs are left on the grill too long also. this place was good when it first opened but the food is horrible now. several people I know have had to return food because it was too old. it is difficult to tell its old until you eat it, something about how the breading is on the meat."

"I just got off of work decided to stop here as I had never been. The lady at the register rang up my total incorrectly and I politely asked her about the price and mentioned what the sign said. She began to speak in a very condescending manner as if I was annoying her and the one making the mistake. I then repeated myself and she realized she was wrong. I was still polite and said thank you before I left and she said nothing. This is the face of your store. She is the first line of communication and it seems she needs to work on her communication skills. And I'm writing this as I sit at the pump, I just left out. I do not know her name but it is 6:34pm Thursday 6/7/2018. Probably will not come back, the rudeness was very unnecessary."

"I've always been someone who just buys gas on whatever side of the road is convenient, wherever I happen to be. But the employees at this Cruizers are across the board friendly and helpful, every single time I go into the store. The store is clean, the ice is crunchy. But it's the people that I really appreciate."
