"Horrible customer service, I had booked an appointment with my brother and they acknowledge him and did an amazing job however I was never greeted and the young stylist they had was staring at me without a greeting or anything. Very unprofessional!!!!"

"Used to get my hair cut here all the time but now I go elsewhere. Basic cuts were less than $30 out the door including a a 25-30% tip, including a fade and styling. Which was a great price for a quick chain haircut whose quality ranges from mediocre to good, depending on the hairstylist. However a few months ago they made the "MVP" ($26) their most basic package and began up-charging for everything, Have long hair? Up-charge. Need a fade? Up-charge. Want your hair styled after the cut? Up-charge. Good luck getting out of here for under $40, before the tip. I am at least hopeful stylists see some of the up-charge money, but realistically I know these changes come about when owners think they're losing out on valuable tip money and decide to come for a bigger piece of the pie. So instead of spending ~$45 here on a haircut, I take my business downtown to a professional barbershop. It costs more but you can't beat the vastly better service and attention to detail that affords you."

"If I could leave no stars I would. We went to Sport Clips to get 3 hair cuts one for me and my 2 sons. The lady that cut my hair and my 5 year old’s hair acted like it was her first time cutting hair. When it was my turn she didn’t seem to be handling the trimmers properly, she dropped them and while trimming my neck kept hitting the trimmers on the cape. She didn’t brush the fall out hair off of my face she just said she was done. When my son was getting his hair cut she nicked his ear and cut up his neck with the trimmers. His hair is un even everywhere, no smooth transition. Granted my son said it was tickling and moved some but the amount of cuts are unacceptable. This has never happened at any other hair cutting place. Another reason it was a bad experience was that at the time we were going to pay the manager made it known to everyone there that I only left a $5 tip. She was doing the math out loud on how to split $5 between 3 haircuts. She made a comment that she was glad she had a calculator to do the math to split the $5. I would have left no tip at all but thought that the guy who cut my other son’s hair did ok."

"I went in with my two sons to get their hair cut and will not be going back to this location. As soon as I walked in (not even all the way in the door yet) the girl at the front didn’t even say hi and asked if I had an online appt. I replied no & she proceeded to tell me they couldn’t see me since they had too many online appts & refused my business. She didn’t even know what I needed, how many cuts, or any info. They had maybe 1 or 2 people in chairs being helped and nobody waiting, so they definitely could have taken us since my kids hair takes less than 10 mins each to cut. You should label this location as appt only if this is the case since walk ins are not welcome. I went to another location and they greeted me very kindly and took us right away."
