"Two experiences this year. Homeowners claim, it took so long for an adjuster to speak to us that we gave up and paid for the project out of pocket before ever receiving communication. My mother passed away this year and we attempted to change our policies. We were told someone would reach out to us within 24 hours. No communication even after reaching back out to them. Terrible service. We decided at that point to switch to USAA. Discovered that the rates would hundreds of dollars cheaper within nearly double the coverage we were paying for with Nationwide.
