"If you’re wanting a mullet DO NOT go to the Wesley Chapel location. I asked for a faded mullet and one inch taken off of the back. The girl that did it wet my hair and cut a straight line across the bottom and then proceeded to the top. I asked if she was going to make it all even and she said “yeah I can” needless to say my back of my head was about an inch long on one half and about five inches on the other. She tried to turn my mullet into a bob."

"I used the app to check in online. There was only me and someone else in the waiting area with no one else in the chairs. We both waited for several minutes, not sure why. Two stylists came out and took us both back at the same time. Haircut was done and I walked to the payment counter. But the stylist stayed back and started cleaning her equipment while I waited for her. Haircut was ok. But, I was a first time client it wasn’t the best experience. Not a welcoming environment. Doubt I’ll be back. Again, haircut was average."
