"waited almost an hour past our appointment time in waiting room while the lady was doing someone else’s hair and was nowhere close to done. no body greeted us or even acknowledged our existence. after an hour, she said she forgot she had an appointment with us and that we need to wait for her to finish this client for another HOUR after we already waited an hour. why didn’t u just say that when we first came in..? 3 barbers and nobody said anything to us."
