"I really dislike this location. But today in particular a manager was on a personal phone call, on the business phone while her singular cashier handled every customer. She rudely answered questions without acknowledgement to the customer. This same manager loudly had personal phone call using explicit language where customers could hear her on a different occasion."
"Anthony was incredibly helpful this morning. I keep seeing a homeless woman who used to carry her belongings in an old baby stroller but lately she has been carrying all her things in bags. I stopped in to buy her a shopping cart. Anthony took the time to put the cart together for me. He was so helpful and took time out of his busy morning to help with such a pleasant demeanor. Give that man a bonus and promotion!"
"As has been the case the past few times, the store has been in some type of disarray. Dismantled shelves in the aisles, shelves being stocked, with boxes stocked haphazardly all over the place. Leaning into the shelves while stacked in carts. As i frequently shop here, i would have expected for there to be some type of improvements. Unfortunately there has not been. I was in the store just yesterday(5/1/19) and it looked like multiple grenades had gone off in a few of the aisles. If you took the time to read this post, please take the time click like. "I am loyal customer at this location but today is my last day here! .When I was ready to check out the lady that was the cashier was very rude she was checking someone out before me but kept the conversation going when they were done with their purchase. when she was ringing my items up she didn't greet me, look at me nothing, she didn't even tell me my total(because she was too busy talking to other people). Still in the mist of a conversation with someone else at this time she handed me my receipt and didn't even look at me I said "thank you because you didn't even greet me" she then replied "I was talking", Because of her rudeness I will NEVER be back at this store again her customer service was terrible."
