"I checked in using the app. I finished my errands more quickly than I thought I would and arrived at the salon 20 minutes prior to my check-in time. Yulissa was quick to stop what she was doing and attend to me as I entered the building. She reassured me it was fine that I was early and asked me to come on back to her chair. She was pleasant and friendly during the cutting. After she started, I realized I would like to go a bit shorter. I asked her, before we got too far in, if she could go a bit shorter. No fuss, no eye rolls, or attitude, and she came back to start again. Letting me know she appreciated me doing that and not leaving unhappy.
