"Everything was good except I don't like the 18 percent automatic gratuity added for 2 people. My waitress was awesome but I rather pay her cash rather than she be taxed & what if she wasn't good then she would still get that if she wasn't deserving. I may not go back because of this. Not sure yet."

"This is NOT a TRUE SPORTS BAR! You have a local Professional Football Team and you don’t highlight them at all! NO TV sound, yet playing Hip Hop music with constant profanity and derogatory language indicated the type of audience they desire to attract. Wings were not cooked through, waffles dry. Definitely not worth the price we paid. At least the Mimosas were very good. My husband and brother-in-law stated there was NO paper towels in the Men’s bathroom to dry their hands. Although our Attendant tried hard and was nice, Management was the EXACT opposite. My party are all Managers, People managers that is, and was just appalled at the lack of people skills these managers displayed at this establishment. They were NOT accommodating, displayed nasty attitude towards Patrons was just plain awful. Needless to say, we will NOT come back not recommend anyone to patronize THIS establishment. Thank you."

"Ambiance The lighting, the decorations and the decor is very nice. Also, the music was good as well. Food. We ordered the salmon bites I had the plantains, my cousin had the collard greens with her salmon bites. It was cooked to perfection. I wish there was more than 4 pieces per order. Drinks. I ordered the peach sangria, red bottom mimosa, and the queen city martini. The were just ok. Produced not even a small buzz. Service We made reservations to ensure we would have seating. We got there pretty early about 8:30 PM. We were seated on the inside patio portion. The server that seated us said let me find out where your actual server is. She makes a phone call and was told our server would arriving in five minutes. Five minutes turned into 35. We waited so long she went ahead and took our order. About 15 minutes after that, our server arrived. The hookah was a waste because the heating element kept going out, and we barely were checked on. Like I said earlier, I’ll say we got our food maybe around 10 PM. When we left at 1:30 AM our food was never cleared from the table. We did want to order more food but were hardly never checked on, so we decided not to. When we did catch our server and ordered a drink, it took at least 30 minutes to receive it. I will say it was the worst service I have had in a very long time. It was very disappointing because I really want to enjoy our night out, but the experience with the service was a big no for me. I won’t be returning."
