"I had a great experience with the store on the hill! The employees were very nice. One stand up individual named Christian made sure that everything went incredibly smooth for me and he was super helpful in setting up my line with t mobile!"

"This was the single worst experiance with a manager. He was incompetent, dishonest, dismissive, rud,condescending. My wife's phone was damaged and under warranty. The store in tucker Georgia was awesome. The manager completed the exchange. But the new phone would not be in before we went on vacation. So he had it shipped to this location for pickup. The manager here said he had no, phone or records of a phone. And that her phone was too damaged for repair and would have to be mailed in. And that she would have to make those arrangements with customer service. After talking to customer service, the phone had been sipped to this location and received, and then disappeared and No one knows what happened to it. The manager is a thief and a lying piece of trash. I never complain about things but this is wrong. Be careful when dealing with this location."

"Rip off artists. Tried to tell me a free sim card for my sprint phone to upgrade to a Tmobile sim card was $10. Then said they needed to get into my account to assign the sim card to the phone number. T mobile sent out free sim cards for Sprint customers to update their phones with, to try to charge $10 for a free card is simply ridiculous."

"We purchased an internet box, but it took 8 try’s to do it! Caleb was patient, kind and knowledgeable and helped us through this experience. The problem was not Caleb, but T-Mobile’s customer service, who kept making him wait an hour or more in the phone then hanging up on him several times! Here’s to Caleb!! Great employee!"
