"I booked an appointment for cleaning but when I arrived, all they did was an evaluation and told me I had to reschedule for a cleaning. I wish they would've told me this in the beginning when I booked the appointment. Anyways, I ended up booking an appt to come back for my cleaning. I called two days prior to my appointment to see if there is an earlier time slot for me to come in instead of 3pm. The lady was checking and did not see an appointment for me. She double-check again and said that my appt was canceled. Are you serious? No one notify me that my appointment was canceled. No email, no phone calls, no text. Then today the day my appointment was originally scheduled, I received an email stating that I had canceled my appointment. I am just upset with their process and just lack of communication."

"I had to change my review because this coast dental have been driving me crazy for the past 10 months, Imma be short because these people really don't give af about their patients, I think imma have to find another dentist at this point. I have been to 3 locations and neither one of them had done anything far from making me pay upfront for the same thing (consultations) even though I'm an actual patient . I left Duluth location bc of their unprofessional employees how got me wasting my gas money by canceling and making me wait for nothing over 3 hours . Then I was transferred to dunwoody, same situation but lest than 3 hrs wait and then Buckhead bc the dunwoody location didnt do implants. This location was the worst, I got there at 10:45 am for a 11am app, and I didn't see the doctor until 4:45 pm , I called the main office and they decided to transfer me again to Duluth location, claiming to have new employees and things where different now. That was on October 27th , they booked me an appointment for 11/15 at 2pm Which is today, and I got both text messages and an email confirming my appointment for today on November 1. Tell me why today on my way there , I received a call from someone in the office saying that, they didn't have me in a schedule for today and that I'm going to have to reschedule, I'm like what, I was scheduled for this appointment since October she then said they only thing she can do is put me in the next day at 8:30 am or next Monday 11/20 at this point I don't know how to deal with this people anymore , it's red flags from red flags, I will not recommend coast dental to anybody I know."

"This is the worst experience I have ever had in my life! Entering to the office and nobody is even greeting you, because they just not in there. I wrote my name in the list and started waiting. Waiting there 30 minutes nobody showed up to front desk and I tried to catch someone’s attention to let them know that I came in and I’m here. Lady sitting in the corner with her headphones on and staring in her phone noticed me after shaking hands to her, because she couldn’t hear any of my “Excuse Mes” or “Pardons”. She with the attitude, because it was obvious I interrupted entertaining herself told me that yes, they know that I was here and waiting. I continued waiting and after an hour front desk staff showed up. Not even noticing me and saying hello or asking if i ever been helped. I asked her how long more should I wait because my appointment was scheduled for 3 pm and it was 4:10pm and I was still waiting with no any help or assistance there. She told me that at list 20 more minutes. Then after about 20 minutes someone came out and I was hoping that finally it’s my turn and she called somebody’s name who came hour after me. That lady (patient) felt so uncomfortable going before me because we had a small talk and she knew that I was waiting so long. That moment I told to that lady(medical assistant) that my appointment was at 3pm. She looked at me with attitude and told me that I had to wait! Totally waited hour and 40 minutes just to be yelled from the rude lady working as an doctor’s assistant probably, saying that i should know that doctor’s are working with the human beings, probably I wasn’t even human for her, god knows why, maybe just because that I speak with my accent! She was extremely rude and yelling at me until after I disclosed the fact that I had medical condition (the fact that we are filling out the forms before our visit disclosing every condition doesn’t mean anything). She even didn’t apologize. To be honest didn’t want to write any bad reviews just because of the Doctor being very concerned that they made me cry. But last thing what made me to write this was that about 7pm I received automatic notification that my appointment has been cancelled. That is because probably they are trying to cover their a… I don’t understand how this place has any good reviews. Probably those reviews are just fake. Be careful with this unprofessional and worst customer service providers. They not only can destroy your day but they can ruin your life!!!!"

"Amber and Robin made my first experience with coast dental an easy and fun experience! The music in the office was excellent and Robin walked me through each step of the process with ease. Amber referred me to this office and made sure my first visit was a pleasant one! I will definitely be back and refer my friends."
