"I had one of the worst airline experiences of my life yesterday with flight delays then missing my connection flight due to airplane mechanical issue only for the taxi driver to take me to the wrong hotel. Since I wasn’t able to get my checked luggage I had nothing for my overnight stay so walked to the Circle K on way to hotel. There was the kindest lady working there and was so empathetic to my experience. Just her expression of kindness made my night better. Circle K is fortunate to have employees that have a heart. She made a difference in my life."
