"Was first to get a door at 7am. And it's after 12pm and still have a red light. This guy Chris gives you the runaround and claims short staffed.. There is no respect for truckers here. See he understand that my time is money.. and I have to get detention."

"Typical dc warehouse experience. Plenty of overnight parking outside gate all the way down road you come in on. I check in at guard shack upon arrival for the paperwork I need to fill out. Come through gate 1 hour before appointment time they either have a door or they don’t. If not park on opposite side of docks in any parking spot you can find. Receiving is marked with big sign between doors 25-26 on corner. Break seals back in leave paperwork in back of trailer. Once done if you have lumper they will send that otherwise call and tell you your finished. Bills in back of trailer leave doors open for guard shack once finished. Been here 4 times now typically around 2 hours. Longest was 3.5 hours so overall pretty good times."

"Plenty of overnight parking. A few lonely streets to get here. Park check in 1h before app. Get instructions and park inside check in again and then get door. Open door, break seal put papers in trailer and back in. Wait for capstone and call to let you know you finished. 2-3h unload 3/4 truck"

"Early arrival parking and finish break parking available. Arrive, park in parking area. Wait until 1 hour before appointment time. Drive up to guard shack. The guard will have a sheet with your dock door assignment. Must wear high visibility vest and close ties shoes, they do inspect. Drive to dock door, open doors, and put all paperwork on the floor of the trailer. Back up up and chock wheels. When empty,Lumpers will call you when finished and put all receipts on the floor of the trailer. Depending on products and break down, expect about 1.5 hours up to 9 hours to unload here, I have had both."

"OK place. They do have plenty of overnight parking and that is really not ve. Fairly clean Porta potties out here as well. Guards were both friendly and helpful. Check in was easy. Park, walk up to check in an hour before your appointment time. Unloading was very slow. I don't care but, lumper fee was pretty high. Over 350.00 overall not to bad a place."
