"I've been coming to him a long time, but over the last several months I've come by SEVERAL times only to see that he's not open, even though I come during the hours posted beside his door. His phone number doesn't work and there's never anything on his Facebook page stating that he's going to be closed. It's okay to be closed, but at least give customers feedback so they're not wasting their gas and time to come and find out you're closed. Also update the hours beside the door so that they are accurate. I will be going somewhere else. It's a shame because he has always done the best job."
