"I got the burgers for bucks today. The burger was ice cold and hard as a brick. Very disappointing. I threw it away. They are not keeping the food warm during this time. Buyer beware. Never again..... I was so disturbed that I went to speak to the manager about him serving that overcooked cold food to customers. I told him the customers didn't deserve that. He said they usually have the set up outside. If you can't follow proper food safety protocol then it should have been called off. Terrible! He should have known better. He apologized but didn't offer a refund or offer to make it up in ANY kind of way. Super poor customer service. I'll travel to Fort Mill going forward...."
