"Where shall I begin.....Shawn Micheal Moscoffian (aka Michael Sosa) - Owner/Tattoo artist of Shawn's Inkternal. How about a short version. I scheduled an 8 hour tattoo session time slot (Shawn's suggestion) and paid $100 deposit in advance time (within 12 hours and weeks before agreed appointment time). Shawn cancelled the day of, within hours prior to scheduled time arrival. Hence, having made written/verbal promises to return the $100 deposit, yet refuses to do so. He offered to reschedule. However, rescheduling was not an option and I kindly asked for the deposit be returned via CashApp, the exact way he received the deposit. I was not notified of his policy (5-7 business days, which has expired) of deposit refunds until I asked for the deposit back. It was absolutely impossible to reschedule. Shawn has blocked me from social media and refuses to refund my deposit. Bad Business! I am thankful and grateful that the appointment was cancelled, as this whole experience is shaddy and utterly unprofessional."
