"Maria did a great job taking me and my parents around to look at their RAV4 stock. She was patient, informative and thorough. At first I had my guard up expecting some games to be played, but it turned into a pleasant buying experience, or at least as pleasant as 40 signatures can be. Rolled off the lot in my first choice. I knock one star off because whatever tire gloss they used splattered all over my car while driving after my purchase (see pictures) and I had to return to the dealership soon after to get it cleaned off. The general sentiment among the staff was, "Yeah that sometimes happens." I was expecting them to be surprised by an anomaly, but it seemed like a fairly normal thing to them. I'm sure they want their customers feeling good driving in their new car, and I certainly didn't feel good once my friends noticed all of the spots on my freshly detailed car. I didn't even know what it was until a friend of mine who's worked at dealerships before said, "That's cheap tire gloss slinging." An unnecessary negative to an otherwise good car buying experience. So I'll recommend Leith Toyota, but find out what they're applying to your tires while you're signing your paperwork and refuse it if possible."
