"They have what I want and plenty more"
"Called to see if car wash was working. Someone answered then said they don't have car wash here then immediately hung up. Very unprofessional and definitely won't be getting gas from here either"
"Im not sure why more people havent written about this place. Down the road from my home and the employees are ALWAYS respectful and polite. They are very nice to my daughter as well! I got an exxon card so i dont have to go to any other location. These guys and gals rock. Car wash is down, but oh well. :)"
"After a long day of work, I just wanted to buy a couple beers. I also needed gas, so I figured I'd get 10 gallons. Older, African man is ringing me up, I put my card in, get the prompt to remove card. Guy says the receipt didn't print. I ask him if the transaction went through. He didn't know. He told me to go try to pump the gas. I go out there and yeah, gas starts pumping. OK, I think. No, he starts pounding on the window. I go back in, he says I need to stop pumping. OK, fine. I go back out, stop it, come back inside. It's about half way through the ten gallons. He tells me he needs to figure out why the receipt didn't print, if the transaction didn't go through, whatever. I say fine, let's just get it done. Meanwhile, quite the crowd has gathered in the store waiting for him to get it together. He's going back and forth between registers, saying something about a glitch. I ask if we can resolve the glitch. He says he's trying. One couple smartly puts their items back and leaves. He asks if I can pay with cash. I tell him that I don't have cash and further, that I'd like to know that the transaction was cancelled before paying again. He starts going on again about the glitch. I tell him, mostly jokingly, ok, let's get this glitch fixed so I can go home and drink my beer. He tells me, "The beer isn't important." I say that maybe not in the grand scheme of things, but it feels kind of important right now. All of a sudden, he's serious about telling me the beer isn't important, starts giving *me* a hard time about the $14.77 worth of gas, getting even more irate. At this point, after almost 20 minutes of all this, I've reached my limit. I tell him I'm writing down my name, address, and phone number (I live less than a mile away). He can do with it what he will. He follows me outside to get my license plate number. Since I don't see any charge on my bank account, I suppose I'm going back to pay for the $14.77. That will be the last time I or anybody I know visits that gas station. There are numerous others nearby that are better lighted (place acts like it's in South-Central LA after dark), maintained, and managed with the same price for gas."
"Owner (I assume?) is openly hostile to women, teens, pretty much all people. Derogatory and belittles customers. Refuses to cash lottery tickets. On 14 separate occasions I have tried. I was sold three empty or faulty propane tanks. In a row. Avoid this place at all costs."
