"I HATE going to the dentist and I was super nervous about trying out a new place since moving and having bad experiences one after another. I went in for a regular exam and they were very professional and thorough! They did a fantastic job and explained everything to me and the cost was reasonable! There are alot of dentists that upcharge and so your insurance will only cover a certain portion leaving you with a decent bill but even with doing extra preventative things it still was extremely reasonable. From walking in the door every one was super polite and welcoming. I highly recommend them!"

"Dental assistant was nice but obviously new and untrained, she took me to 3 rooms before figuring out what room she was supposed to take me to. She couldn’t complete the X-rays without assistance which took the better part of 30 minutes of my exam. Then the dentist came in and explained my situation fine - but then had to wait for someone to assist the assistant in coding a treatment plan. I could hear her asking others for help and the dentist apologizing to her for her being new and them being too understaffed to have someone train her on their office. It’s not her fault, but as humans paying for expensive dentistry - we are not Guinea pigs for untrained folks to work on. The admin staff was also obviously new, as she told me I was ready to go and the other assistant had to explain that no I was not ready to go as they still had to set an appointment. The entire thing was a disaster and I was there for almost an hour and a half most of which was waiting for the poor assistant to receive instruction or training on how to complete my services."
