"I like the gym here. It's only my second day going. Today was back and bi's. Today, I realized they need more equipment for working back. They have a few low pulley machines that you could do seated cable rows with, but there are no places to put your feet so you don't slide. They really only have free weights, which is good for deadlifts, barbell rows, dumbbell rows and a pull down machine. It would be nice to have a iso row machine too and some kind of foot rest to be able to do seated cable rows. They also have a seated horizontal leg press, it would be nice to have a normal leg press with the 45° angle. Besides that, I believe they have pretty much everything else. Very quiet too, but may be due to Covid and having to schedule work out sessions."
