"I used to go there when I first moved out to Zebulon when it was owned by a different person and the service was. Excellent Since new ownership, you have to make an appointment. The person is never ready for the appointment that you make. It's almost hard to get an appointment for what's convenient for you. Today I called to make an appointment and I was told that day. The person is not doing long nails. What kind of nonsense is that? I asked, is anyone else available to do nails? She said no one else does nails that day For long nails. The last time I was there. Another person did my nails and asked me a question on How did I think it looked? I gave her my honest opinion and she told me next time. Wait for the other girl. I pay my hard-earned money just like everybody else. And I don't think I should have to be subjected to such rudeness. I have been getting my nails done for over 20 years and never ever have. I experienced such nonsense. I've never ever had to write a review on getting my nails done before. But I felt this time it needed to be done. You just can't treat people who are giving you their hard-earned money like they're nobody. Especially especially since all the prices are so high now. I am a business woman and money is not a problem for me. As long as it's spent in the right places. I now go to Top coat and Clayton where they are respectful. And they are expensive, but they get the job done. You get a ham massage, you get a back massage. And when you end up waving area, they have chair massages That are free. In closing, I do not recommend this place unless it's your last resoit was such a better place under the old ownership"

"First time visiting this salon. Beautiful job painting my nails and toes. My pedicure felt amazing! I got exactly what I asked for. Only wish that the lady could have cleaned up the glue off my nails a lil better. I'll definitely keep coming back."

"(Actually Chelsi Nail Spa) I have been to numerous salons over the years, but this is hands down the best experience I have ever had getting a pedicure. The technician, Lucy went above and beyond, her smile was infectious! She was friendly and knowledgeable. She took her time and I did not feel rushed or unimportant. The results were amazing and my feet even feel young again!! And to think, they are less than 10 minutes from my house. Yep this is where I will go from now on! I wish I could give them more stars!"
