"I am a current patient and am absolutely in love with this facility. If I could give them a million stars I would! The facility itself is always clean, even the bathroom which is rare in most public places. Dr. Brown and the dental techs are extremely professional, fast, I love the atmosphere. They have a very genuine bond between staff and treat patients like family. One of the desk staff and one person in the finance office, I can’t necessarily say the same. I know they are the a part of the office, but my experience with the people I spend the most time with (Dr. Brown and dental techs) is worth the 1-minute eye roll I do at check-in. Most of the desk ladies are lovely, but there’s always one or two miserellas in the bunch. One con for me is getting someone on the phone is difficult. It’s hard to cancel and/or reschedule appointments because nobody answers the phone or calls you back. I have sent emails, it doesn’t seem to get a response either. Other than that though, I have had a wonderful patient care relationship with Dr White-Brown and the dental staff."

I was first a patient here so naturally I am letting my daughter get the same top tier experience. !The staff is the friendliest and always a warm greeting with smiles . Everyone is very knowledgeable of their responsibilities and always professional. The atmosphere is so welcoming. Dr. White Brown is so willing to openly discuss any concerns I may have . They are all so patient with the process. Also i would be remiss if I didn’t mention how the payment planned helped me out being a single mom. It allows me an affordable payment plan to be able to get my daughter into her braces as needed. I would recommend Dr. White-Brown and her staff to anyone looking for an orthodontist who knows her business. "White Brown Smiles is awesome. From start to finish they are on it. They have you take pictures of your teeth and submit to them. They review the pictures and diagnosis what your needs are. They let you know what the cost will be and also send you multiple price plans for you to choose to make payments. They set up your schedules for you to come in and receive services. My niece loves their office. They have done great work in realigning her teeth. Thanks for all y'all are continuing to do."
