"This was the worst experience I think I’ve ever had with a nail salon. A five-year-old child was running around and had her phone on playing a song over and over and over and over. Not relaxing at all. The place is not clean. And when I asked for deeper massage they just ignored me. Charged me $28 for a pedicure without color even though they said it was $28 with color. I am so disappointed. This is definitely a place I will never go to again."

"I read all the reviews but still decided to come in and I am regretting it. I came in for a mani pedi but left after the pedicure without even getting the manicure. There was a worker’s little girl there climbing all over stuff and making a mess. There was popcorn all over the floor, old food including orange peels behind the chairs, it was so chaotic and disorganized. She didn’t spend very long on my toes but they are horrible. I normally don’t care how my pedicure looks as long as they’re pained but my nails have diagonal lines, no polish on some toes, and polish all over my skin. I am very upset that I paid almost $40 for this. My mom was with me and she is still in disbelief over how terrible my toes are and hers are not much better."

"They are under new management SO DON'T GO THERE. I liked the previous owners much better. I got my nails filled in there. To begin, they filed the Polish off which made my nails very thin. I asked for Tina to make them thicker because of that but she didn't she was rusing because it was her birthday but she was cordial. Long story short my nail broke the very NEXT day while simply putting in a shirt, I lost 5 stones that I paid extra for. When I came in to get my nails fixed they all looked at me and made me feel very uncomfortable, I told them my nail broke they asked me what happened & that was that. At every nail establishment I've been to, if you break a nail/nails within 2-3 days it is covered. The Owner fixed my nail and told me told me I would have to come back AGAIN Tomorrow to have 5 stone Glued to my nail which is a waste of time and gas. He charged me $4 and I said for what? He made a scene I told him he was making poor business decisions for repeat customers. He yelled and exclaimed that I don't know how he was doing business. I said he was showing it and I told him word of mouth was very important and is be telling everyone how I've been treated. I told him I wasn't paying because I can b go 2 weeks without breaking any nails how when I got my nails done there it breaks the next day. I left & he called the police. THE POLICE REALLY! I said I don't mind I'll call them too for ripping people off. They don't care about their customers or making them feel welcome, I knew when I got my nails done at first that would be my last time going I felt the vibe from the beginning. In my 14 years of getting my nails done, I've noticed with Chinese/Vietnamese culture they are very aggressive when it comes to nails, they and not too friendly with certain races. THE WORST EXPERIENCE !"
