Chipotle Mexican Grill

"I have came to this location for years. I always get the chipotle chicken bowl with chicken, rice, lettuce, sour cream, guacamole, and the chipotle vinaigrette dressing. First off, I have never left a bad review before, but never have I ever experienced such unprofessionalism until today. I go to this location today to tell the lady my order and that I want the vinaigratte dressing, and she proceeds to tell me that since I am not getting the salad I can’t have it. I said well that has never been told to me all the years I have came here. She proceeds to say well it just depends on who is working that day and enforces the rules. I said mam I will literally pay extra for the sauce. She denied it to me and proceeded to give me attitude. I walked out and googled if that’s true, and what she stated was false. You can request it, and they can give it to you. Not to mention I left this location and went to Myrtle Beach location, and they said that was false and gave me my sauce. I will NEVER return back to this location. They need new staff. If you want quality service go to the Myrtle Beach location beside Grand Strand Mall."

"Food is great, exactly what I expected. The staff was quick and helpful. However, the night manager is not doing their job and spot checking work. My wife and I stopped for dinner on our way through. All trash cans were full, trash on the floor under every table. I had to go to the counter to get silverware, and they didn't restock it until we were about to leave."

"This gentle men went above and beyond for me today , before I came here I got bad news from my doctor about my heart . While he was making my food he carried a conversation and made me laugh and I needed that . I also was being a little needed he got everything I needed and reach all my needs and even went to the back to get me some lime juice . I wanted to give him a tip but there system would not allow it . I even tried to get his cash app he did not give it to me . Thankyou for a wonderful experience ."

"I would have giving them a 0 worse service said they didn’t have white rice another TM came and said they are mixing the white the guy really nasty shook his head and his hands and roll his eyes and went to the back. There was three people on the line when we look back so I like eight they hide their Apple Watch is on bracelets then not wash your hands headphones the dining room is disgustingly dirty, and had a really nasty attitude. here’s the proof of their poor full safety."

"July 22nd, 2023 Tried to order via the app and website for in store pickup but both kept erroring out. Went in person Lady taking the orders was rude and brisk. Store was out of carnitas meat. The rest of the fillings were low and very unkempt. The order filler lady was very skimpy with the ingredients. I was not impressed with the cleanliness of the service area. I usually like Chipotle but this location is highly dysfunctional. I will probably try them again but not soon. You are better off getting a burrito someplace else Highly disappointing visit."
