"My first visit here and I am so glad that I got my haircut here. A friend recommended that I come to hair junkies to see Crystal. I had the best time letting Crystal work her magic. I will be back again. I finally found a stylist who listens to my concerns and needs and she just makes it happen. Thank you Crystal, you are awesome!"

"I have been to this place more than enough times to say that they are NOT thorough with their customers, at least in my case. The first girl I saw stopped answering my texts after doing my hair with her. Instead, I called the business in which NO ONE answers the phone so then I stopped going back until recently just because my last stylist at another salon retired so I settled for this place which I normally wouldn't because the way they do hair is subpar not to mention the reviews I'm seeing. Reluctantly I call and they finally answer and I make an appointment with Tiffany. Everything seemed fine the first and second visit. On the 3rd appointment, I called to reschedule and every date I offered, magically, she was unavailable or couldn't do that day or time and flat out ignored all my texts thereafter. I also noticed that the 3 times I made appointments, the price went up significantly for the same service! A root touch up cost me $100 ( my hair is very fine and short) and when I asked for a price for the last appointment it was about $70 more for the same service. Turns out, Tiffany was purposely ignoring my texts to reschedule my appointment simply because I was seeing Jayme at first and then I started seeing Tiffany just because Jayme never got back to me. Well, if Jayme answered me when I tried to reach her I wouldn't need to resort to someone else so that'son them. So basically I was ignored by Tiffany because of this. They lost an otherwise regular customer and I will not recommend this salon to anyone, considering I live in the Riverwood community. Go to Twisted River salon instead. Someone actually answers the phone and if not, they get back to you promptly and politely. Hair Junkies is just unprofessional. Anyone who asks me for recommendations it will not be Hair Junkies. Maybe reconsider management as I'm sure a manager or business owner would not be alright with their employees treating their customers this way."

Allison is the best and always does a gorgeous job on my hair, taking her time to make sure I am satisfied and making sure I leave feeling pretty- which we all need in this pandemic! Crystal and Jamey are also great and greet me in a welcoming way even though they are not my stylist, I always feel like I am walking into a salon filled with friends. The salon is beautiful, the ladies are awesome and the service has never been lacking!! These ladies are always the kindest and make sure the atmosphere of the salon is always friendly and welcoming and a treat as well as a retreat from the world. Thank you so much!"
