"I’m a regular customer and the price for box braids has always been $180 now it’s $200 the owner has gotten so greedy it doesn’t make any sense. She doesn’t care about her clients just the money. She loves to go up on her prices, but they be taking forever to braid your hair. Anyways I will not be going back to them anymore the braids took out my edges within the next 3 days. If I could give them 0 stars I will. This place has going down hill so bad."

"I’ve been going to them since i was 12 years old & the service has gone down hill. They rush and do not do the correct work you ask for. I paid 200 for small knotless and this is what i get. I took out the time to sit there and pay for horrible work. Then they want me to find a way to go back to them so they can redo when they should’ve the first time!!! Instead of rushing. Trying to finesse by making the front look neat and the back is HORRIBLE AND EMBARRASSING!!! That’s why women don’t come back to y’all and go to private stylist. "Very kind ladies, understood when I said to loosen up around my edges in front, but I paid $250 for Senegalese last Wednesday 05/04/2022! The twist has been falling out in the back and middle since and it’s only been 7 days. My hair is not short so that couldn’t had been a reason for it. I called and explained the situation she suggested to make them more tighter to fix them. I asked for a refund and she is absolutely not trying to refund me not even half. Like I said very nice ladies but if you have time to keep going back to get your hair fixed then this is the place for you. I will definitely not be coming back!"
