The texture is great matches perfectly but when it was time for my sew-in maintenance the hair became very tangled and began knotting up and shedding. "I followed Sew Natural on Instagram for a while and was excited to finally get a sew in from her. I first booked a wash and blow out. She assessed my hair and I booked my installation for two weeks after. She is very personable and listens to your concerns and ensures that you are comfortable with everything she is doing. She is yours for the entire day which is appreciative because most stylist double book. I had the install in for a month and booked a maintenance appointment. Now I know my hair does not do well with installs ( I should’ve told her about my scalp up front) but I really wanted one from her. During my maintenance she looked at my scalp and the install and consulted with me with her professional opinion. She suggested that a wig might be a better option so I could have access to my scalp. And wow was she ever right. She removed the sew in from my hair, washed and flat ironed my hair and then proceeded to wash my sew in hair and began to make me a wig. What should have been a 2-3 hour appointment literally began to take all day. She had booked me for a Sunday because it was the only day I was available. At the time this was her one day off a week. She sacrificed her day and her time with her family to ensure that I was receiving the best service, the Sew Natural experience. I apologized profusely but she kept ensuring me it was ok. She made me a new wig in front of me THAT DAY! Something she did not have to do. She is professional, kind and hard working. Her prices are worth it for the service she provides. Also she cares about your hair and protects your hair line and edges. This was the best hair experience I’ve had in my life and I will be purchasing another wig from her!"

"The hair products look amazing and I have followed for a while. The customer service portion is lacking. You cant send a DM, on IG, and are advised to send an email. The response never comes and I can't see spending my money on something that I cant get questions answered about. Even if you ask, under an IG picture, it is ignored. I completely understand she is busy but some of us are not famous and really just want to support black business. We deserve the same kind of response as the Issa's and Marsai's. Please work on your customer service."
