"They do very good work BUT they are never open. They close FREQUENTLY and seemingly, randomly. Just picked up a pair of loafers that were dropped off in October. It’s January. I pass the shop weekly and today is the first day I’ve been by that they’ve been open. While I was waiting, I heard them say they’ll be closed AGAIN for a couple of weeks in February. The feeling I get is that they have more disdain for their customers than not. My last time patronizing them."

"Shoddy workmanship at best. I just picked up my birkenstocks and i am so mad. I paid 130$ to get the soles and footbeds replaced. I imagined i would get a like new pair. This was far from what i got and i am in utter disbelief. I could have done a better job myself. I dont know how these people are authorized by birkenstock to repair them. What a hack job. Please see picture for what i am referencing. And i suspect they used a narrow foot bed when i had a normal to wide footbed originally. Im so dissappointed. Im embarrassed to wear these out. Never again will i give them my business and i suggest you dont either."

"I just came here last minute (12:45 pm) to get a snap button replaced on a Veto MP tool pouch. The man took my pouch fixed it real fast and handed back. No charge. Establishment is nice, and the owners were super nice and did me a solid. I will totally be coming back when my work boots need some love. I recommend these guys for sure."
