Birkdale Village

"I’ve always loved visiting birkdale and the newer addition of the concierge is amazing! They’re always so helpful and kind. While walking by the other day, I witnessed what appeared to be the concierge manager, a women’s with dark curlier hair, losing it on one of the concierges, a shorter girl with long blonde hair. It was a disgusting show that was put on for anyone standing within earshot. Honestly, the way the managers arms were moving through the air, you didn’t have to hear it to know what was happening. Very disappointed that their management team would treat an employee with such a gross lack of respect."

"Love this quaint village! They have trendy shops, places to eat and a large Barnes & Noble Store. Parking can be challenging, but otherwise, a great place to shop."

"I lived here when I first moved to the Charlotte area. This village is a great place to experience great dining and live in a secure well groomed community. The atmosphere is alive in the evenings but not to out of hand later in the evenings. You’ll get your sleep and wake up to your choices of a Starbucks or First watch breakfast within a couple of minutes walking. Always enjoy Birkdale Village, love the place."
