SpringHill Suites by Marriott Charlotte Airport

"Stayed here for a short stay during the weekday. The evening front desk gentleman Jamar** was so kind and friendly. Good Hot water in the rooms and the breakfast spread was better than I expected! Having banana chips for my cereal and hot sauce for my eggs at the breakfast bar is something I don't see often but I love it!!!! Lisa the breakfast attendant was friendly in making sure I had enough. Clean rooms. Walmart down the road. Will consider this location again!"

"The only thing going for this hotel is the convenience to the airport. No warm/hot water for the shower. Dirty, stuff broken. Not an awesome selection of breakfast items. And the pool/hot tub area was unavailable and has been for months I guess. After telling the staff of the shower issue they didn't seem to care."

"I recently stayed at the SpringHill Suites and unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. On the first night of my stay, I encountered issues with the hot water in my room. Despite promptly reporting the problem to the front desk, maintenance never showed up. The frustration continued the next morning at 5 am when, once again, there was no hot water. Upon calling the front desk, I was informed that they had just restarted the hot water system. Despite being assured that I would hear from the owner and receive compensation for the inconvenience, I have yet to receive any communication or extra points. Highly disappointed!"

"Booked this hotel specifically because it had an indoor pool, I did see a review like 6 months ago that the hot tub was out of order, and I assumed they would have it fixed by now. Nope, no water in the pool or the hot tub. Absolutely not happy and being a lifetime titanium elite member they will be hearing about this. If they would have just warned me or something? The guy behind the desk didn't seem to care."

"Great experience. All of the staff were courteous and helpful. “ Mr Robert’s “ as he calls himself, is a treasure! He was professional, courteous and respectful of all of my needs from the breakfast bar to getting me to the airport via the shuttle. I wish he could teach work ethics country wide. He said his motto is;” if something needs to be done, I do it even if it’s not technically my job”.The new hotel is nice and bed is super comfy. Because it’s so new it’s clean but some small attention to detail for cleanliness in the rooms could be implemented. It’s very convenient to get to from the airport and shuttle service was perfect. Would stay here again for flight layover."
